- Requesting buyers/sellers to pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other external platform is not allowed.
- Directing users to complete projects or services outside of Worklerr is considered an attempt to bypass platform fees, which is a severe violation.
Why This Is Important:
Taking payments off the platform risks fraud, non-payment, and a lack of buyer/seller protection. It also violates our platform policies, which are in place to protect all parties involved.
2. Sharing Contact Details & External Links
- Sharing your phone number, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other contact information is not allowed.
- Posting personal websites, social media accounts, or external portfolio links is prohibited.
- Sending links to payment pages or other freelance platforms is also forbidden.
Exception:
Only links to files relevant to the order (like Google Drive, Dropbox) are permitted.
3. Irrelevant or Unprofessional Conversations
- Keep all chat discussions related to the gig or project you are working on.
- Avoid personal conversations, flirting, or discussing unrelated topics.
- Spamming the chat with repeated messages, advertisements, or promotional content is not allowed.
4. Threats, Harassment, and Abuse

- Falsely promising results you cannot deliver can lead to penalties or account suspension.
