Overview of the Seller Order Process

The seller-side order management process can be summarized as follows:

Step 1: Receive an Order

Once a buyer places an order:

• You will receive a notification via email and in your Worklerr dashboard.
• A Project will be created, visible in My Projects under the seller section.

Step 2: Start the Project

1. Open the project from your dashboard.
2. Review the buyer’s requirements and clarify any uncertainties using the Chat feature.
3. Change the Project Status to In Progress.

Keeping Buyers Informed

• Update the Project Status as work progresses.
• Communicate regularly through the Worklerr chat system.

Step 3: Deliver the Order

When your work is complete:

1. Click Deliver Order.
2. Upload any necessary files, attachments, or documentation.
3. Include a summary message confirming delivery.
4. Change Project Status to Pending Review.

Step 4: Await Buyer Approval

Once the buyer receives your delivery:

• The buyer can Approve the work or Request Revisions.
• If revisions are requested, repeat the delivery process until the buyer is satisfied.

Step 5: Complete the Project

Manual Completion

Even after buyer approval, you must manually complete the project:

1. Navigate to the Project Dashboard.
2. Select the approved project.
3. Click Complete Order to officially close the project.

Note: After completion, the project cannot be edited. Only Worklerr’s Admin team can alter a completed project.

Step 6: Payout Process

Once the order is manually marked as complete:

• Funds are immediately credited to your Stripe account.
• You can view your balance and transaction history via Worklerr Seller Dashboard (linked to Stripe).

1. Go to your Seller Dashboard on Worklerr.
2. Click on Stripe Dashboard.
3. Manage your payout preferences and view transaction history.

Dispute and Refund Policy

Disputes

• If a buyer files a dispute, Worklerr may delay your payout until the issue is resolved.
• You will receive notifications regarding any dispute.

Refunds

• If the buyer wins a dispute, the amount will be debited from your Stripe account.
• You will be notified if a refund is processed against you.

Appeal Process

If you disagree with a dispute outcome:

• Submit an appeal via Worklerr Appeal Page.
• Only one appeal can be submitted at a time.
• If the appeal is successful, funds may be reinstated to your Stripe account.
