Worklerr is a freelance services marketplace that connects skilled freelancers (sellers) with businesses and individuals (buyers) who need specific tasks completed.
On Worklerr, you can:

  • Offer services as a freelancer (known as “gigs”).
  • Find professionals to complete tasks for you.
  • Manage payments securely through the platform.

Everything happens safely within the platform, from communication to delivery and payment.


⚙️ Key Terms to Understand

Term Meaning
Buyer A person who hires freelancers to complete tasks or projects.
Seller (Freelancer) A person who offers services to buyers on Worklerr.
Gig A service offered by a seller (e.g., Logo Design, Website Development, Content Writing, etc.).
Order A request made by a buyer to purchase a gig/service from a seller.
Delivery The final work submitted by the seller to the buyer.
Worklerr Balance The amount a seller earns from completed gigs, which can be withdrawn.

🔑 Step 1: Sign Up & Create an Account

🔗 Visit Worklerr.com
Click “Login/Signup” on the homepage.
Enter your email and password.
Verify your email through a link sent to your inbox.
– Once verified, your account is created as a “Buyer” by default.

Want to Sell?

After creating an account, you can become a seller by:

  • Clicking “Become a Seller” in your dashboard.
  • Filling in your seller profile (skills, description, profile image, etc.).
  • Submitting your application for review.
  • Once approved, you can start offering your services as a seller!

 💼 Step 2: Creating & Browsing Gigs

For Sellers – How to Create a Gig:

  1. Go to your dashboard and click on “Create a Gig”.
  2. Fill in your service details:
    • Title (e.g., “I will design a modern logo for your business”).
    • Category and Subcategory.
    • Service Description.
    • Price Packages (Basic, Standard, Premium).
    • Delivery Time.
    • Add images, videos, or sample work.
  3. Publish your gig – Once approved, it will be visible to buyers.

For Buyers – How to Browse Gigs:

  • Use the Search Bar at the top of the homepage.
  • Filter by Category, Price Range, Delivery Time, and Seller Ratings.
  • Click on any gig to view details and place an order.

📦 Step 3: Placing an Order

When you find a service you like:

  1. Click on “Order Now” on the gig page.
  2. Select a Package (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
  3. Provide Order Details (any requirements from the seller).
  4. Make Payment Securely via Worklerr’s payment system.

Note:
Your payment is held securely by Worklerr and only released to the seller after you approve the work.


💬 Step 4: Communicating with Sellers

After placing an order:

  • You’ll enter a private chat with the seller.
  • Use chat only for work-related discussions.
  • Avoid sharing personal contact details or conducting payments outside Worklerr (violating chat rules may lead to an instant account ban).

📤 Step 5: Delivery of Work

  • The seller will complete your task within the agreed delivery time.
  • When work is ready, the seller submits the delivery through the order page.
  • Review the work:
    ✅ If satisfied, mark the order as complete.
    ❌ If not satisfied, request a revision.

💵 Step 6: Payment Release

  • After marking the order as complete, funds are automatically transferred to the seller’s Worklerr balance.
  • Sellers can withdraw their earnings via Stripe Connect or other supported payout methods.

  • If the work delivered doesn’t meet your expectations, request revisions from the seller.
  • If issues cannot be resolved, open a dispute for Worklerr’s support team to intervene.
